Tai Chi is perfect to unwind after a day at work. Our classes are tailored for people of all ages and abilities, there is no reason not to join in!

Tai Chi is on every Tuesday evening from 5.00pm – 5.45pm! Classes are held by Bruce and only cost $8 per session.
